Our Services

North Idaho
Lawn & Landscape Care

From mulch and mowing to aeration, fertilization, and snow removal, Luminera Landscape handles every season for properties across Kootenai County. Owner Nick Goodsen keeps a limited client roster so every property gets real attention.

Plan Ahead

The North Idaho
Seasonal Calendar

Kootenai County's climate runs on its own calendar: USDA zone 5b to 6a, a first frost around October 5th in the Coeur d'Alene area, and heavy snow-load winters. Here's what your property needs, month by month.

Mar – Apr

Spring Clean-Up & Mulch Refresh

Clear winter debris, cut back dead growth, and refresh mulch beds before weeds germinate.

May – Aug

Weekly Mowing & Irrigation Checks

Consistent mowing through the growing season, with sprinkler coverage checked as our dry summer heat sets in.

September

Aeration, Overseed & Fertilize

Kootenai County's prime window: core aeration, overseeding, and a root-building fertilizer round before fall.

Oct – Nov

Fall Clean-Up & Final Mow

Leaf and debris removal, sprinkler blowout, and a final mow down to 2.5" to prevent snow mold.

Dec – Feb

Snow & Ice Management

Trigger-depth plowing, walkway clearing, and de-icing for commercial properties and HOAs.

Our Approach

Quality Over Quantity

Since 2019, we've completed 4,905 jobs for 283 clients across Kootenai County, formerly as Goody's Lawn Care and now as Luminera Landscape. We keep our client roster limited on purpose, respond within 24 hours during the business week, and hold every crew to the same standard: show up on schedule, do it right, and leave the property looking cared for.
